Using History Data in Custom Formula

How to add history data, from a transactions file, to a custom formula?

  • Select a model which includes formula based commission elements
  • Select the 'Custom Formula' option in the commission rule wizard
  • In the 'Parameters' screen, add a new parameter with the type: 'Reference data element' and press the 'Save' button

  • Select the newly added parameter and press the 'Edit' button
  • In the 'Edit Formula Field value' screen, select 'Custom' in the 'Time Frame' attribute and fill in the required history periods from which data should be taken

 

How to add history data from calculated incentives which are stored in the system DB, to a custom formula?
