Viewing a Single Representative Performance – Overview

The Performance page provides an overview of the performance of a selected representative.

To obtain an overview of a selected Representative performance, proceed as follows:

1. Click on Performance (1) tab in the Organization module.
2. Click on the Representative name (2) to display an overview of the performance achievements (3) of the Representative.

The performance page provides all achievements (3) of the Representative for each data element by its UOM (Unit of Measure).

The achievement is obtained as aggregated data from a database  (5), or has been filtered  in accordance with rules pertaining this data element.

3. Click on the filter icon  on any data column to display the performance by alphabetical order, or sum ascending order
4. Scroll (4) to display all performance data of the department
5. Click and drop a column header on the default Name (6) to group the data by that parameter.
