Viewing a Single Representative Performance – Details

The Performance page can provide details of the performance of a selected representative.

To obtain detailed data on a single Representative performance, proceed as follows:

1. Click on Performance (1) tab in the Organization module.
2. Click on the manager name (2) to display an overview of the performance achievements (3) for the whole department.
3. Click on Details in the row of the Representative and data element to display a detailed list of transactions that compose this achievement.
