Messages - Deleting a Private Message

To delete a Private Message, proceed as follows:  

1. Click on the Tools module (1).
2. Click on Messages (2) tab to display its contents. The Private Messages screen (3) is shown with the list of the messages.
3. Click on the row (Representative) of the message you want to delete (4).
4. Press the Delete Private Message  (5) button.  A warning message [Are you sure?] is shown.

5. Press Yes. The message is removed from the list.
