Processes - Commission Calculation

  1. Click on the Tools module (1).
  2. Click on Processes tab (2) to display its contents.
  3. In the Commission  box, press on Calculate  (3) button. The system performs a full calculation of all the Commissions defined in the system.
  4. If the calculation has completed successfully, an appropriate message [Completed Successfully] is shown in a green banner at the right-hand side of the screen.
  5. Click on Organization (5) tab. The Organization screen is shown. In Employees tab, see the results in the Incentives column.
  6. In case of error in the Data Element calculation result, an Error message is displayed in a green banner at the right-hand side of the screen.
  7. In case of error in the Commission calculation result, press on Errors  (4) button. A list of most probable source of errors is listed below Commission box.
