Processes - Full Calculation

To perform a complete calculation, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the Tools module (1).
  2. Click on Processes tab (2) to display its contents.
  3. Press on Full Calculation  (3) button. The system performs a full calculation of all the Data Elements and Commissions defined in the system.
  4. If the calculation has completed successfully, an appropriate message [Completed Successfully] is shown in a green banner at the right-hand side of the screen.
  5. Click on Organization (4) tab. The Organization screen is shown. In Employees tab, see the results in the Incentives column.
  6. In case of error in the Data Element calculation result, an Error message is displayed in a green banner at the right-hand side of the screen.
  7. Press on Errors  (5) button for errors in the Data Element calculation. A list of most probable source of errors is listed below the Data Element box.
  8. Press on Errors  (6) button for errors in the Commission calculation. A list of most probable source of errors is listed below Commission box.
