How to create a new widget?
Access permissions definitions
In 'Home Widgets' tab press the 'Settings' 
button, at the tab header.
Press the 'Add' button.
After adding the new widget, define its content in the right part of the 'Create New Widget' screen
The newly added widget now appears in the list of widgets, in the 'Home Widgets' tab.
How to assign a widget to a role?
Access the permissions definitions.
Open the 'Home Widgets' tab
Select the required role, for which you would like to assign widgets.
Check the relevant widgets for the selected role
(newly defined widgets now appear in the 'Home Widgets' tab)
