How can you manage JOOPY's groups?
From any model in the 'Plans' tab press on the 'Multiple Groups' check box.
'Assigned Groups' pop up screen is opened
- The checked rows reflect groups that are assigned to the model.
- For each newly created model, a default ad-hoc group with the model's name, is automatically being created and assigned to the model
- Use the 'Add', 'Edit' buttons to add groups and set/edit their type
- Use the 'Delete' button to remove a selected group
- The 'circle' sign in the 'References' column indicates that the selected group is assigned to other plans. Clicking on the circle sign provides the list of models to which the selected group is assigned
How to assign members to an Ad-hoc group?
Select any Ad-hoc group from the list
Press on the 'Show Members' button
'Assigned Employees' pop-up window is opened
You can assign/remove members from the group using the arrows keys
How to assign members to a dynamic group?
Select any Ad-hoc group from the list
Press on the 'Show Members' button
'Assigned Employees' pop-up window, for dynamic groups, is opened
- Press the 'Show Members' to see current group's members
- Or, edit the business rule to change the assignment of members to the group
How to implement changes, in commission model, in group level?
Select a model and check the 'Multiple groups' check box
The result of this action is the ability to work on a model in two modes of working:
- Plan Mode: Changes to model's logic can be done and are applied to all assigned groups
- Group Mode: Changes can be done only to model's parameters, per the selected group
