Work Process For a Simulation Plan
Goal - opening a simulation plan and turning it into a production program in an orderly approval process (work process).
Workflow definitions:
• In order to create a simulation plan, it is necessary to define a process and associate it with a "work process for creating a production plan" in the end, the simulation plan based on its settings will become a production plan.
• If a "work process to create a simulation" is defined only after the approval of this process, which means whether it is permissible to work on a simulation plan, the approval process for production will be defined.
• Additional details must be made in accordance with the work processes document
• A template for creating a PDF file must be defined for each process. Details can be seen in the work processes document.
Selection of work processes
• Processes can be associated from the list of defined processes.
Work process to create a simulation.
If defined, when clicking on a simulation plan:
1. Open a simulation plan.
2. The part of the formula definitions will not be open for editing.
3. The confirmation response screen will open (including the generated PDF file). It is mandatory that the user appears in the first step of the process.
4. The plan screen will show the status of the process, its number and a link to the comments screen.
5. At the end of the approval of this whole process - a "work process for creating a production plan" will automatically be created.
Work process to create a production plan.
This process applies in two cases:
• Upon the completion of the approval process for creating a simulation, as defined, it will be automatically triggered.
• If no work process has been defined for the creation of a simulation, upon clicking on a simulation plan, an immediate initiation of the "process for creating a production plan" will take place.
After the occurrence of one of the cases described above:
1. You will open a simulation plan, an add-on and a "work process for creating a simulation" has not been defined.
2. On the screen of the plan, the status of the add-on is "under construction", a number of actions and the "Process spelling" button will appear.
Incentives Screen

- At the employee level, it will be possible to see who is locked.
- At the plan level:

Settings screen will contain:
- Definition of which employee’s attributes will appear on the main screen.
- Definition of workflows.
- Selection of full and/or abbreviated workflow process.

- The process will be approved by the manager.
- A manager can report on behalf of the employee and of course confirm the hours, subject to permissions.
- When "confirming the hours" - the screen is also locked for the manager.
- Depending on the permissions, there is an option to reopen for approval or reporting.
Two screens were defined:
